First off, how do I know I can trust Clean Corners?

We are a 100% local company based in Grand Rapids, but we service many areas throughout West Michigan. Since 2011, owner Rebecca Barrett has been committed to paying competitive wages and using only experienced, trustworthy cleaners living in the local area. All our cleaning team members are also insured and bonded.

What cities are in your service area?

Since Clean Corners is a local, full-service cleaning company based in Grand Rapids, we service homes and business clients throughout West Michigan. The cities we currently service are: Ada, Allendale, Byron Center, Caledonia, Coopersville, East Grand Rapids, Fruitport, Grand Haven, Grand Rapids, Grandville, Holland, Hudsonville, Jenison, Kentwood, Muskegon, Rockford, Sparta, Spring Lake, Walker, Wyoming, Zeeland. Clean Corners is of course willing to come to other West Michigan locations!

Costs and Payment Information

What are your payment options?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. For your convenience, you can now pay with a credit card directly through Clean Corners’ website. We bill on a monthly cycle and invoice through email or mail.

Does someone need to be at the business for you to clean?

No, we can clean during whatever time you prefer — during business hours or after hours.

Can our employees receive a discount from Clean Corners?

Yes, just speak to us about it! Potentially, we could even become a part of your employee benefit package.

Can you clean after special events?

Yes we can. Please call in advance to schedule a special cleaning, so we are prepared to fully accommodate you.

Can I get an estimate over the phone?

Unfortunately, we cannot ensure accuracy over the phone, so this is not an option.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract with Clean Corners?

No, you are not required to sign anything. We work off of a written proposal detailing your chosen cleaning services and their cost. This way, you can alter your cleaning service needs at any time with just a phone call.

Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes! A home cleaning gift certificate can make a wonderful present for any occasion. Contact our office to learn more about some of the unique gift certificate options we offer.

Cleaning Procedures Information

How do I know what you have cleaned while you were here?

Before our cleaner leaves your home, they complete a cleaning checklist. This checklist tells you everything we cleaned. If everything is unable to be cleaned in one visit, the areas our cleaner missed will be noted on the checklist and given the most attention during the next visit.

Should I clean up before Clean Corners arrives?

Since we charge by the hour, it would be helpful for you to pick up any clutter before we arrive. This will ensure that we clean as much floor space as possible. However, there is no need to clean – let us do that for you.

Do I have to be home when you arrive? If not, how do you enter?

We offer several methods of entering your home, so you don’t have to run home just to let Clean Corners inside. Two of the more popular options are keeping a copy of your house key in our office or using a lockbox on your back or side door. If you prefer to be home while our cleaner is there, or even for the first few visits, then that is of course fine with Clean Corners.

Are your employees screened with background checks?

Yes! All of our employees are screened with MI State Police background checks, personal reference checks, uniformed with identification cards, insured and bonded before they enter your business.

Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?

We offer you the choice of using your cleaning supplies or ours. However, there is a $10.00 per clean charge added if we use our own.

Does Clean Corners offer green services?

We do. Just tell us you’re interested when we come to give you an estimate.

Do you guarantee your work?

Yes, we do! If you are dissatisfied with a cleaning visit, we will send a supervisor to solve any problems right away and credit that cleaning on your next invoice. Basically, you don’t have to pay for cleaning you’re not happy with. If you invest in quality office cleaning from Clean Corners, we promise you nothing less than quality work.

What is your cancellation policy?

We accept cancellations or rescheduled appointments 48 hours in advance. Please understand that we book our appointments very early, so scheduling an appointment on short notice is often not an option.

Insurance Information

Does Clean Corners have proper insurance?

Clean Corners carries General Liability insurance and Workman Compensation coverage. We maintain insurance to protect you from damaged property or any worker injuries that may happen while our staff cleans your home.

Who is your insurance provider?

Hastings Mutual insures Clean Corners with liability and workman’s compensation. We are happy to have them send you our proof of insurance.
